Prof. Dr Aditya Kumar Sharma is the registrar of Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. With a splendid 16 years of experience, Dr Sharma has excelled in the sectors of Strategy Management and Digital Marketing. Besides being an esteemed registrar, he has also been the ex-officio secretary of the Governing Body, Executive Council Academic Council, Admission Committee and every Selection Committee for the appointment of students of the University to reputed and notable organizations.

Dr Sharma has not only confined his efforts to subjective education but has dug into the university’s quality assurance cell (IQAC) and made sure to serve the best to the new minds. With an extremely impressive educational career in Strategic Management, Dr Sharma has never failed to set an inspiration to established leaders and sachems across the nation. His distinctive approach toward the well-being and progress of the educational institutions made him the Director of HR/OSD of IFTM University, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. 

His contribution as the co-ordinate of the NAAC Steering Committee of the University and secretary of IQAC. Apart from his dedicated contribution to the education sector, he has helped the IFTM University to form new alliances with some of the highly-regarded organizations including IBM, HP, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys etc and industry bodies like CII, DMA, SIDCUL, among others.

Dr Sharma is highly known for his remarkable work ethic and for implementing ceaseless initiatives toward streamlining office operations. He has always been very active in helping the stakeholders and staff with absolute efficiency and an upbeat attitude. His perseverance and utmost persistence are sure to motivate students to achieve their desired goals.
