Respected Prof. Dr Harsh Sadawarti is an acclaimed academician, an excellent administrator and a strategic leader with over 26 years of experience. He always strives for excellence through exemplary vision, diligence, dedication and determination.

As VC of CT University, Ludhiana, he raised the banner of the University in regional, national and international canvass. Under his coveted leadership, CTU has strengthened linkages with academic & business organisations and industry and has been helpful for strategic corporate planning. His unique research understanding, coupled with his ability in planning, organisation and programme management, has led to enhanced visibility of the University. A strong protagonist of innovations, Dr Sadawarti, has brought discernible transformation in CTU functioning through need-based academic and research programs, setting-up Research and Innovative Centre for Excellence, Centre for Social Impact Strategy, zero-waste campus, and fostering an efficient system of performance monitoring and linkage with academia and industry. His academic credibility, clear strategic vision, and outstanding leadership have been possible. His opinion has often been sought at the national level for devising strategies in education and industry. He strongly believes in winning with teamwork. 

Prof. Sadawarti published about 100 research and policy papers in scientific journals, magazines and newspapers. He has guided several PhD scholars in Parallel Processing, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Digital Image Processing, Data Analytics, etc. International Academic and Research Excellence Awards Committee honoured Dr Harsh Sadawarti with the “Best Young Vice-Chancellor Award“in recognition of his enduring commitment to excellence in academic leadership, development, innovation and industry interface of the University.
