Respected Prof. Dr Manjula Jain holds a Masters's degree (1999)and a Doctorate in Management. (2004) UGC NET(Management) 1999 and Gold medalist for securing the first rank in MBA. She has a rich experience of 22 years in teaching, research and academic administration.

Prof. Jian has worked in various academic positions, including dean and director in a reputed University. She is currently working as Associate Dean-Academics, Teerthankar Mahaveer University, Moradabad.She is Undertaking activities for the University’s upliftment and advancement in accreditation, ranking, skill development, innovation etc. President of Institution’s Innovation Council -TMU- an initiative under the flagship of the Ministry of education, and is actively involved in boosting incubation, start-up activities, and innovation ecosystem in the organisation. -Innovation Ambassador certified by MoE Innovation Council. Actively initiated the Establishment of the Business Incubation Centre at the University and obtained its recognition by U P Government under UP Startup Scheme-2020.Successfully materialised the strategic collaborations to promote research, Innovation, internships, extension activities, internationalisation of education. and industry-oriented collaborative programmes with reputed organisations • Policy formulation and process flow for facilitating seed money projects, IPR Cell, E Cell, IIC, etc.An accredited Trainer certified by Management, Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), conforming to National Skill Qualification Framework Level – 5, under NSDC, Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). Best Woman Personality of the Year Award at 2nd International Inspirational Women Awards (IIWA) 2021 Certified as Industry-Academia Collaboration Lead for establishing Industry-Academia Collaboration Centre (IACC) of BOSCH India Foundation, Bengaluru and Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad. This initiative made TMU among a few Private Universities in the country to be selected and equipped by BOSCH- IACC in January 2021 for skill development.She contributed to the Skill India mission by making TMU a knowledge partner with Bosch India in the skill entrepreneurship programme, leading to establishment of 7 skilling centres in UP.Member of All India Management Association, Decision Sciences Institute, USA, Global Member of Internet Society, Federation of Educational Leaders and Administrators and Centre for Education Growth and Research
