Respected Prof. Dr Raghuvir Singh is one of the first academic leaders in India where a large multi-disciplinary university (TMU) has successfully Conceptualised, Designed, Developed, Structured and Implemented holistic education. Prof. Singh holds PhD from the University of Rajasthan (1999), Jaipur in the area of Human Resources, a First Class Master's Degree in Management from Jamna Lal Bajaj Institute of Management (JBMIS), University of Bombay & Degree in electrical engineering.

Prof Singh Has 25 years of teaching and administrative experience at various university departments and autonomous management Institutes as Director and HOD in Institutes like Manipal University-Jaipur, BITS Pilani, Mody University-Lakashmangarh, BIT Mesra-Jaipur, IILM-Jaipur, ISTE-New Delhi. UPES-Gurgaon, JK-Business School-Gurgaon. Have hands-on experience in developing quality education Eco-System in HEIs have conducted numerous MDPs for several corporates houses on leadership, Interpersonal skills, Strategic roadmaps using BSC, FIRO-B, Leadership grid, Thomson scale and MBTI etc. 

Research areas of interest are turnaround and mergers, Human resources and education (OBE). He has been conducting FDPs for the last 12 years on areas like research methodology, Case method teaching, Innovative pedagogy, OBE, Educational leadership, Strategic orientation for educational Institutes etc. Prof. Raghuvir Singh has hands-on experience in developing road maps (strategic direction) for universities and educational institutions using the balanced scorecard (BSC). He prefers to focus on the 360-degree approach to institutional management. His process and systems-driven approach to strategy execution assure desired results. He designs a seamless system that aligns vision with long term strategic goals( road map) and implementation. The KRAs & KPIs are intended to induce & monitor actual performance. His PMS designed for the university system and large Institutions is highly appreciable. He is an expert in the accreditation process of NAAC & NBA and in developing the innovation ecosystem.
