Respected Prof. Dr Victor Gambhir Admistartors and academician honoured PhD Quality in Engineering Education from Manav Rachna University, Foreign Fellowship Programme in CAD/ CAM and Robotics from Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE, Melbourne, Australia. Master of Engineering (M.E.) - Mechanical Engineering - Roto-Dynamic Machines from Punjab University, Chandigarh / Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. Bachelor of Engineering ( B.E.) - Mechanical Engineering from Punjab University, Patiala / Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala. Diploma in Management from IGNOU, New Delhi.

Prof. Gambhir completed two World Bank Assisted projects, namely Technician Education Development Project in Haryana ( Rs 160 Crores) and Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme for Engg Colleges ( Rs 120 crore), including Project Management, Procurement and Implementation. He has handled work related to Academics and Development, Including the Establishment of new institutions, Starting new courses, Curriculum development, State Admission and Fee Committee and Legal matters. Prof. Gambhir has organised workshop training for students of Polytechnics and Engg. Colleges. Throughout his career, He has  Dealt with UGC, AICTE, Dental Council of India, MHRD GoI, NBA and NAAC.
