Respected Prof. Dr. Vikas Singh is currently the Founder Vice-Chancellor of reputed Geeta University, Haryana and has stood as a true example of academic and administrative leadership in higher education. Dr. Singh’s ceaseless contribution to the establishment and growth of multi-discipline universities didn’t go missed by any eye. Besides being the VC of the esteemed university, he is the President of the Institution’s Innovation Council which is supported by MHRD Innovation Cell and is involved in nurturing entrepreneurship among students. 

His unrivalled focus on strengthening academic excellence, strategic academic planning; policy development; budgeting; cost efficiencies; academic personnel administration; and effective student learning outcomes in higher education settings, has been truly remarkable. With his utter diligence and academic work experience, he got distinguished as India’s Top 50 Higher Education Expert. Moreover, his deep understanding of current issues and future directions in higher education has been greatly served the education sector.

It is worth stating here that he is a great institution builder and management thinker who loves to spread technical and skill education to make Indian youth not only employable but also job-provider. His peerless expertise in accreditation, innovative teaching-learning methodologies, outcome-based education, curricula development, industry integration, project-based peer learning, design thinking, and future skills, skill gap identification, tying up with international institutions, etc, have always stood as the pillar for numerous institutions in their journey to success.

While talking about one of Dr. Singh’s amazing achievements, we just cannot miss that under his leadership, ITS Engineering College in Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovations Achievement (ARIIA) 2020 was categorized as a “Band A” institution and was ranked among the Top 25 institutions across India.
