Mr Rajesh Jain, the Registrar of Amity University Madhya Pradesh, has a versatile personality and educational professional with sound experience of more than 16 years of educational management and administration of Higher Education Institutions. He has been bestowed with Best Administrative Staff Award in 2010 by Gwalior Engineering College, Gwalior for his outstanding performance towards administrative excellence. Mr Jain holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with honours, a master’s degree in Sociology, Post Post Graduate Diploma In Human Rights, and Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Management & Administration. He also holds a Diploma in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and a Certificate of ‘Collaborative Working in a Remote Team’ from the University of Leeds, U.K. He is very much computer savvy as he did Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application too. Mr Jain is a Certified Quality Auditor for ISO 9001-2015 as per ISO 19011-2018 for Quality Management System. He is expertise in quality management and various rankings & accreditations of higher education institutions. He has been working as Nodal Officer of the University for many organizations like All India Survey of Higher Education under the Ministry of Education, National Institutions Ranking Framework (NIRF), Association of Indian Universities, Tribal Welfare Department, and Grievance Redressal Cell of UGC. He is an active member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and NAAC Steering Committee as a Senior Administrative Officer. He holds the position of Innovation Ambassador of the Institutional Innovation Council under the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell of MHRD. He is the Member-Secretary of various statutory bodies of the University and also an advisory member of many higher educational institutions of repute. He has membership in various national and international organizations. Mr Jain was honoured as a lifetime fellow member of the International Society for Sustainability and Development, Japan. He has vast knowledge and expertise of various norms and standards of different Regulatory Bodies for the establishment of higher education institutions. He has written a book titled “Handbook for Establishment of Higher Education Institutions: Norms and Standards”.
