In Dwarka, where urban life is full of beauty every moment, the ITL Public School decided to change the atmosphere, leading the initiative of the Delhi government. “Delhi Ko Koode Se Azadi” Swachhata Abhiyan.

It was not just an ordinary school meeting. This initiative turned into a cleanliness and awareness campaign that runs throughout the day, which gave a new life in the locality. Students and local residents cleaned the roads, markets and public places by climbing the arm, as well as encouraged the environmental consciousness among the community.

Beyond brooms and dustbins, the campaign was every bit an educational rally. Children put on skits, made podcasts, and spoke openly about waste segregation and sustainable habits. It was learning that leaped out of textbooks and into tangible action, with fun and purpose walking hand in hand.

What’s moving here is the message: cleanliness isn't a chore it’s citizenship. Teachers and students modelling responsible behaviour reminded everyone that even small steps picking up litter, speaking on waste can transform a city. In that, ITL isn’t just teaching it’s inspiring.

When Delhi is struggling with urban challenges, at such a time the school forces us to think enthusiastically: What does a clean city mean for all of us? ITL Public School answered this with its actions and expectations, showing that community-inspired changes begin at home and school gates.
