As the counselling process for NEET PG 2025 moves into full swing, medical aspirants across India are closely tracking updates from state-level authorities as well as the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The MCC oversees the All India Quota (AIQ), deemed universities and central institutions, while individual state medical authorities handle admissions under state quota seats and in state-run colleges. 

Here’s a snapshot of the current state-wise status as of November 2025:

⦁     Andhra Pradesh: State process ongoing. 
⦁     Haryana: Round 1 registration open until 16 November 2025. 
⦁     Kerala: Round 1 revised merit list released. 
⦁     Rajasthan: Registration last date was 14 November 2025. 
⦁     Many other states are still awaiting updates or have processes yet to start. 

For applicants, the takeaway is clear: stay alert. Missing a registration deadline or incorrectly completing choice-filling can mean missing a coveted PG seat. Given past delays in seat-matrix updates by the National Medical Commission (NMC), remaining proactive and checking official websites regularly is essential. 

Aspirants are encouraged to:

⦁     Visit the official websites of MCC (mcc.nic.in) and their respective state medical counselling authorities. 
⦁     Keep a close eye on registration windows, seat-matrix releases and choice-filling deadlines.
⦁     Ensure all documents and eligibility criteria are fulfilled ahead of time.
