Roles and Responsibilities 

• To teach undergraduate / post-graduate students in subject areas and methodological areas.
• To guide, mentor and supervise students in their research, projects and internships.
• To adopt innovative approaches in teaching, learning and assessment.
• To conduct, participate and strengthen research pursuits of the department.
• To improve curricular and pedagogical practices including designing of new courses.
• To adopt desirable ICT tools and techniques in course delivery and management.
• To create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
• To organize curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for the students.
• To assist and support senior professors / Dean in their day-to-day work and functions.

Qualification

• M.A. or M.Sc in English / Political Science / Hindi / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry, and M.Ed / M.A. (Education) from a recognized university in India or abroad with 55% marks in each.
• Ph.D in Education or the subject area as above
• Must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR in Education or Subject Area, or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET 5,00,000 - 8,50,000 P.A.

Salary:  5,00,000 - 8,50,000 P.A.
