Job Summary

Symbiosis Open Education Society Pune (Chaturshrungi Road, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune) is looking for suitable candidates for the position of Exam Coordinator.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Exam Coordinator to oversee exam proctoring, provide technical support to students, and address their queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proctor and invigilate exams to ensure a fair testing environment.
• Provide technical support and solutions to students regarding exam-related issues.
• Respond to emails and online chat inquiries from students promptly.
• Manage student requests and facilitate effective communication.
• Address student queries through walk-ins and telephone interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Goods hands on Experience in an Educational Institute.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• Basics computer knowledge like MS Word, MS Excel and Drafting Mails.
