The Candidate should be:Not more than 55 years of age.

Have a Ph.D Degree from a prestigious Institute/ university professor for 15 years and experience in Academic Administration in a senior level respectable position.

Have published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of distinguished work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/ or research/ policy papers
