• The candidate must be a distinguished academician with notable achievements and proven Institutions building ability.
• The Candidate should be: Not more than 55 years of age. Have a Ph.D Degree from a prestigious Institute / University Professor for 15 years and experience in Academic Administration at a senior level respectable position.
• Have published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of distinguished work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/ policy papers.
