Roles and Responsibilities

IBMR is looking for well-organized, good in communication and teaching, trustworthy candidates for the post of Assistant Professor. The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.

Assistant Professor Responsibilities

• Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support to Professors and other staff.
• Representing the institute at conferences and delivering presentations when necessary.
• Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate students.
• Providing Professors and Department Head with feedback on students' progress.
• Attending faculty and departmental meetings and voicing concerns or providing suggestions for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should be MBA or Ph.D. in the relevant academic discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Freshers with MBA/Ph.D. can also apply
• Teaching experience in a university setting.
• Published works would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills.
• A good record of attending conferences and academic events.
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for teaching and engaging with students.
• Patience, understanding, and willingness to help.
• preference will be given to net qualified candidates.
