Eligibility Criteria:
For Assistant Professor:

Ph.D. in the relevant subject.

Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

Proven academic record with potential for teaching and research excellence.

For Professor:

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.

Minimum 10 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized university or research institute.

At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.

Demonstrated academic leadership and contribution to curriculum development or policy research.

Selection Process:

Initial shortlisting by a Screening Committee based on the Academic Performance Indicator (API) and research score.

Interview round for shortlisted candidates.

Final selection based on merit, subject expertise, and institutional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in the assigned discipline.

Supervise student research, dissertations, and academic projects.

Publish high-quality research in reputed journals.

Participate in academic and administrative committees.
