The Aspire Leaders Programme, promoted by AICTE, offers free online leadership development for low-income, first-generation college students, and recent graduat
The AICTE has promoted the Aspire Leaders Programme on its different social media channels, encouraging low-income, first-generation college students and new graduates from all around the world to participate in a free online interactive leadership development journey. Aspirants will also get the option to win Rs 80,000 in seed financing upon submission of a project proposal centered on societal impact. Outstanding projects are awarded a grant of Rs 8,00,000.
Applications for the 2024 programme are now open. The Aspire Leaders Institute, located in Boston, USA, provides credentials at no cost to approved individuals.

Application deadline
Aspirants can apply for Cohort 2, the deadline for the same is Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 11:59 pm EST (Boston, USA). The programme will be conducted between April - August, 2024.
The application deadline for Cohort 3 is Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 11.59 pm EST (Boston, USA). Cohort 3 will be conducted from August-November, 2024.
The program aims to help students develop both personally and professionally. It will include a strengths-based leadership skills assessment, as well as professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting a resume, interview tips, and networking. It will also feature live interactions with a worldwide cohort of peers.
