The Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has announced the results of the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024 exam. 

Candidates who took the exam can check their scores by visiting the official website. The overall pass percentage is 58.4 per cent. 1,37,903 passed from the total 2,35,907 candidates who took the AP TET 2024.

The state-level teacher eligibility exam was conducted from February 27 to March 9, 2024, in two shifts on each day. The first shift was held from 9:30 am to noon, while the second shift began at 2:30 pm and ran until 5 pm. 

The APTET 2024 results were delayed due to the implementation of the Model Code of Conduct in Andhra Pradesh during the Lok Sabha Elections 2024.

Candidates need their login credentials, such as candidate ID and date of birth to check the AP TET results.

Steps to Check the Results

Step 1: Visit the official website of APTET at aptet.apcfss.in to access the scorecards.

Step 2: Click on the link that says ‘AP TET 2024 Result’ on the homepage.

Step 3: Fill in your login credentials, including your candidate ID, date of birth, and password.

Step 4: Hit the ‘Login’ button and your AP TET 2024 result will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Print a copy of the result for future use.

Candidates must obtain at least 60 per cent to qualify for the AP TET. Those in the Backward Class (BC) category need to secure 50 per cent or higher. Meanwhile, candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), differently abled, and ex-servicemen categories must achieve at least 40 per cent.
