Bihar: A strange incident from Bihar’s Darbhanga has come up where a student scored 151 marks out of 100. After he saw his result, he was clueless of the fact that how it happened or what to do. The student studying, a BA Honors student at Lalit Narayan Mithila University got 151 out of 100 possible points in the political science exam. It's important to note that the university administration has acknowledged its error and made the changes. The officials are to blame since they should have reviewed it before disclosing the outcome.

“I was really surprised to see the results. Although it was a provisional mark sheet, authorities should have checked it before releasing the result,” he said.

Another student, who secured zero in Accounting and Finance paper-4 in his BCom part-2 examination, was promoted to the next grade. He was also a student of Lalit Narayan Mithila University. “The university admitted that it was a typing error and they issued me a revised mark sheet,” he said.

The varsity’s registrar, Mushtaq Ahmed, told PTI that both mark sheets had typing errors.
