CBSE Releases CTET 2024 Admit Card

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit card for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2024 July session. Candidates who have registered for the exam can visit the official CTET website to download the admit card. 

The CTET 2024 exam will be held on July 7 in 136 locations across the country. The exam will be conducted in two shifts for a duration of 2:30 hours each. Paper-II will be conducted from 9:30 am to noon, while Paper-I will be held from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Paper-I is for applicants who wish to teach in classes I through V, and Paper-II is for candidates who are interested in teaching in classes VI through VIII. Those who intend to teach for both classes must appear for Paper-I and II. 

How to Download the Admit Card

Step 1: Visit the official website at https://ctet.nic.in/

Step 2: Click on the ‘Download Admit Card: CTET July-2024’ link on the homepage

Step 3: Fill in the registration number, date of birth, and security pin as required

Step 4: Your CTET 2024 July Session admit card will be displayed on the screen

Step 5: Download the CTET 2024 July Session admit card for future reference

Applicants will be required to bring their admit card, an ID proof, and other necessary documents to the exam hall. 

The CTET 2024 exam will be conducted in 20 languages. The question paper will have 150 multiple choice questions (MCQs), wherein each right answer will be worth one mark. There is no limit on the number of times a person can attempt the CTET.
