M Jagadesh Kumar, chairperson of the University Grant Commission (UGC), said on Sunday that the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET-UG) application process will commence today or tomorrow.

Once the registration procedure has begun, interested applicants can apply for the examination via the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The CUET-UG 2024 is being held to admit students to UG programs for the academic year 2024-25 at all Central Universities. The NTA CUET UG 2024 exams will be held between May 15, 2024, and May 31, 2024.

CUET UG 2024: CUET will give examinations in a hybrid style.

NTA has been administering CUET UG tests online for the previous two years, and this year, the testing organization will conduct the examination in a hybrid format, allowing applicants (particularly those from remote locations) to take the exams in the nearest centers, The Indian Express reported.

According to chairman M Jagadesh Kumar, subjects with higher registration will be conducted through the OMR sheet, helping NTA to conduct exams for those specific subjects in one day and one shift for all across the country. The testing agency will utilize schools, colleges, and educational institutes as exam halls as we do in other exams like NEET.

“This will benefit students, specifically those in rural areas, as they will not have to travel to far-off places for the exam,” the UGC chairman added.

   Check for the registration link and click on it.
2. Enter all your details and education qualifications in the online form.
3. Upload a scanned passport-size photograph and signature in the specified format.

5. Submit and download the application form 2024 for future reference.

CUET Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates who have passed or will be completing class 12 this year are eligible to apply for the CUET test. Candidates must, however, satisfy the age requirements imposed by the university, organization, or institution they are applying to.
