Delhi DoE EWS Result 2026: The Directorate of Education has announced the EWS results today, April 6, 2026, for the 2025–26 academic session. Admissions were conducted under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), Disadvantaged Group (DG), and Children with Special Needs (CWSN) categories.

According to the DoE, selected candidates will receive SMS alerts on their registered mobile numbers with details about document verification and allotted schools.

The first computerised lottery for the 2026–27 academic session was also conducted on April 6 at 10:00 AM. Parents applying for entry-level classes—Pre-school, KG, and Class 1—can now check their allotment status on the official website edudel.nic.in or through the direct link provided.

Documents Required for Verification

  • Birth certificate (proof of date of birth)
  • Income certificate (for EWS category)
  • Ration card (for EWS category)
  • Caste certificate (for DG category)
  • Disability certificate (for CWSN applicants)
  • Address proof (ration card, voter ID, or electricity bill)

How to Download EWS Result 2026

  • Visit the official website: edudel.nic.in
  • Click on “Results 2025–26” under the “What’s New” section
  • Select the EWS result link
  • Enter details such as class, student ID, section, and date of birth
  • Click on submit
  • The result will appear on the screen
  • Download and save it for future use

Parents and students are advised to carefully check all details in the result and contact the school in case of any discrepancies. Schools will also provide physical documents and detailed admission information.
