The projects comprise a 1000-person boys' dormitory, a 500-person girls' hostel, a 1.5-million-liter-per-day (MLD) sewage treatment facility, and 72 teacher apartments. Higher Education Financing Agency (HEFA) will provide funding for certain infrastructure improvements.
