The Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, will close admissions for UG, BLISc, MLISc, and PGDADL
The Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE), School of Open Learning, University of Delhi, will conclude registration for undergraduate, BLISc, MLISc, and PGDADLAM admissions on October 31, 2024. Interested and qualified individuals should visit DU SoL’s official website for further information.
The department provides undergraduate (UGCF 2022) and graduate courses in the Arts/Humanities, Commerce, and Management lines of study. The undergraduate program will last three or four years, with several alternatives for leaving throughout that time with the proper qualification or diploma.
Numerous courses, such as BA, BCom, BA (H), BCom (H), BSc, BSc (H), MA, MCom, MSc, and others, are open for admission.
DDCE has introduced BLISc, MLISc, and PGDADLM programmes within the Department of Library and Information Science at the School of Open Learning. These programmes effectively address the demand for skilled professionals crucial in the library and information science domain.
Procedures for SOL Registration
First, go to the DU SOL admissions website. Next, click the link for UG/PG entrance. Finally, click “new registration” and fill out your information.
Complete the application form in step four.
Step 5: Upload the documents in scanned copy form.
Step 6: Pay the application cost.
Step 7: Save the application, then press the submit button.
In 2022, the University of Delhi founded the Open Learning Development Center (OLDC), Faculty of Open Learning, and Department of Distance and Continuing Education (DDCE) under the auspices of the Campus of Open Learning/School of Open Learning, University of Delhi.
