Haryana board exam registration opens November 6 for Classes 10 and 12 early registration without late fee until November 25.
For students enrolled under the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH), the registration process for the annual Class 10 and Class 12 examinations in 2025 begins on Thursday, November 6. The online portal is now live, and school principals are responsible for submitting the forms on behalf of students via the official website.
One of the key deadlines to remember is that the last date to register without a late fee extends from November 6 to November 25. After that, a tiered late-fee structure kicks in: from November 26 to December 2 an additional Rs 100 applies, from December 3 to December 9 a Rs 300 fee applies, and from December 10 to 16 the fee jumps to Rs 1,000.
When it comes to fees for the exam itself, regular students for Class 10 must pay Rs 1,000 (which includes exam fee, migration and practical components). For Class 12, the fee is Rs 1,200, inclusive of practical and migration fees. Students opting for an additional subject in Classes 11 or 12 will need to pay an extra Rs 200 for each extra subject.
The board emphasises that school principals must use their dedicated login credentials to access the portal and input student details accurately. Any errors or inaccuracies in student data will be the responsibility of the principals themselves.
For students and parents, this registration window is the first concrete exam-related milestone of the year. It’s therefore prudent to gather all relevant information subject codes, personal details, extra subject details before logging into the portal. Many students may leave this to their school administration, but early awareness avoids last-minute anxiety and potential late-fee charges.
In summary, mark November 6 in your calendar, touch base with your school, ensure your details are ready, and aim to complete the registration well before November 25 to avoid unnecessary haste or additional cost.
