Furthermore, the state government will pay half of the college expenses for girls from households earning between 1.80 lakh and 3 lakh rupees.

The Haryana government would pay the costs for private colleges, when appropriate, according to the chief minister.

Mr Khattar also declared that Samalkha will be converted from a municipality to a municipal council.

According to an official release, he made these statements during the Jan Ashirwad rally in Samalkha, Panipat district.

Mr Khattar also launched a development plan for Samalkha locals. He revealed intentions to build two sectors, each 100 acres in size, wherever land is available in Samalkha.

In addition, he declared that Samalkha's current 50-bed community health facility will be turned into a 100-bed hospital.

He also mentioned an eight-kilometer-long road as an eastern bypass on the minor road from Karhans village near Pattikalyana, an 11 lakh grant each to Ravidas Sabha and Kashyap Rajput Dharamshala, and the construction of a 6.80 crore underpass at Narayana Gate in Samalkha.

He also announced the building of a bypass on the highway in front of the Samalkha bus terminal, as well as the allocation of Rs. 2 crore for the installation of lighting and beautification at Chulkana Dham.

Mr Khattar also stated that the halted construction on the Punjabi Sabha building will be finished.

Other projects mentioned included the creation of a vegetable market in Bapauli for 1.25 crore, the construction of a bus station in the hamlet, and the construction of a bridge on the Nangla R Drain for 4.5 crore.

The Chief Minister also allotted 8.5 crore for nine marketing board roads and 25 crore for PWD repairs to roads.

He also highlighted the government's achievements since 2014, emphasizing the commitment to eradicating corruption, reducing crime, and eliminating caste-based politics, the statement said.

Khattar emphasized the state's investment appeal, emphasizing education, health, security, self-respect, self-reliance, service, and good governance.
