On May 1, 2024, the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Delhi began the re-registration procedure for the July 2024 semester. Eligible students can sign up for the July 2024 session before the deadline.

The last date to apply for the July session is June 30, 2024. Students shall use the online website of IGNOU to apply for the programmes they are interested in. However, there are certain eligibility criteria for each programme and students are required to satisfy them for admission. Information related to the eligibility and process of registration is available on the official website- onlinerr.ignou.ac.in.

The university has advised students to thoroughly review the programme guide for details on the courses offered, before applying for the course. Additionally, the administration has cautioned that changing courses later may lead to a loss of time available for studies.

Here is How to Register for the July 2024 Session at IGNOU

Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU - ignou.ac.in.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Student Zone’ tab and then click on the ‘Admission’ tab present on the drop-down menu.

Step 3: On the new page, select the ‘register yourself’ or ‘login’ tab.

Step 4: Fill in the details asked such as name, email, mobile number, and password and then click on the ‘Submit’ tab.

Step 5: Now fill out the application form with accurate personal information, educational history and desired course details and upload the documents required.

Step 6: Now make payment of the application fee and check the information before the final submission.

Step 7: Now save a copy of the application form for yourself.
