Minister Dharmendra Pradhan launches IIM-Ahmedabad Dubai campus, IIT Delhi programmes, and innovation hub in UAE.
India's education system is now reaching globally, and the centre of this expansion is the UAE. Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's recent Abu Dhabi Yatra established an important stop in the field of higher education and innovation, including many major launch that take India closer to the global platform.
The main attraction of the journey was the inauguration of the IIM Ahmedabad campus in Dubai its first international centre. It is a golden opportunity for ambitious trading leaders of Gulf countries to reach one of the most prestigious management institutes in India, without going out of the region.
Equally exciting was the launch of new programmes at IIT Delhi’s Abu Dhabi campus, including B.Tech and PhD courses. These provides open the door to advanced research and global collaboration in technology, engineering, and science.
Another big step was the opening of the Atal Incubation Centre, the first one outside India. Designed to encourage businesses and startups, it provides young innovators with the tools and mentorship to turn ideas into reality.
Pradhan also met with UAE officials and Indian school principals, discussing new opportunities like Atal Innovating Labs in schools, exchange programmes, and ways to make education more future focused.
These development shows the vision of India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, where education is not limited to classes, but innovation, global partnerships and a means of preparing students for the future.
For students, parents and teachers, this moment is not just a declaration, but a promise that the best educational institutions of India are fully prepared to strengthen and motivate the youth by going beyond the borders.
