IIT Delhi introduces three new one-year online PG Diploma courses in Healthcare Product Development, Electric Vehicle Technology, and Advanced Communication wit
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi has launched three new online Postgraduate Diploma programmes to help professionals and students build expertise in high-demand areas: Healthcare Product Development and Management, Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology, and Advanced Communication Engineering with Quantum and AI Integration.
These one-year programmes are developed and delivered by leading IIT Delhi faculty, in collaboration with industry professionals. Participants will also gain affiliate alumni status from the institute.
Programme Overview:
PG Diploma in Healthcare Product Development and Management
Offered by IIT Delhi’s Centre for Biomedical Engineering (CBME), this year-long programme is designed for professionals aiming to innovate and commercialize healthcare technologies. It covers biomedical innovation, product lifecycle, regulatory processes, and market strategies. A two-day optional campus visit enhances peer interaction and networking. The course is open to those from biomedical engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, and related fields with a minimum of two years’ work experience.
PG Diploma in Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology
Created by the Centre for Automotive Research and Tribology (CART), this diploma addresses the growing need for skilled talent in India’s EV sector. With three in-person campus immersions, the curriculum covers core EV technologies and real-world industry challenges. It is ideal for engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals looking to transition into or advance within the EV industry.
PG Diploma in Advanced Communication Engineering with Quantum and AI Integration
Offered by the Bharti School of Telecommunication Technology and Management, this programme blends AI, Quantum Networking, and future wireless communication technologies. It targets candidates with backgrounds in ECE, EE, CSE, IT, Data Science, Mathematics, or Applied Physics, preparing them for roles such as Quantum Communication Engineers and 5G/6G Network Specialists.
