The IIT Gandhinagar is accepting applications for admission to its postgraduate course in Society and Culture for the academic year beginning in July 2024.

The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) is accepting applications for admission to its postgraduate course in Society and Culture for the academic year beginning in July 2024.

MA (Society and Culture) (https://hss.iitgn.ac.in/masc/) is a one-of-a-kind curriculum that prepares students for a number of positions across several areas.

The deadline for the MA (Society and Culture) is February 10, 2024. Students having a bachelor's degree in any subject can apply using this link: https://admissions.iitgn.ac.in/pgadmission/.

Highlighting the unique qualities of the programme, Professor Vikrant Jain, Head, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Gandhinagar, said, "Interdisciplinary knowledge and skills greatly enhance our ability to think innovatively and solve problems. The MA in Society and Culture program encourages students to develop varied perspectives on social and cultural issues, enabling a deeper understanding of different academic disciplines' interconnections.”

• Working with non-profit sector (NGOs, policy think-tanks), industry roles such as Journalism, Advertising/media, Communications, Writing, Human Resources
