Candidates now have the chance to enroll in an online course offered by the esteemed IIT Madras, and at a very reasonable cost. Reports indicate that students who have finished class 11 or class 12 would benefit most from this course. Here are all the course-related details.
Two online certificate programmes are available from IIT Madras at a cost of Rs 500. Data science, artificial intelligence, and electrical systems are among the topics covered in this eight-week course. Interested individuals may apply for the course using the official website, school-connect.study.iitm.ac.in. More sources state that the linked schools are where you may submit your application.
The registration started on September 16 and the last date to apply is October 4. The course is expected to commence from October 21. For partnered schools, the registration deadline is set at September 30, as detailed in the reports.
For the courses of data science and artificial intelligence, the student should have completed their 12 from any stream. While for the course of electronic systems, a candidate should have completed their 12th from the science (physics) as well as maths stream.
The institution will upload recorded lectures on the website, each carrying the duration of 30 minutes. The videos will be shared each Monday, more reports stated. Once a month, a live interaction session will be conducted and assignments will be given every two weeks. The students will be given a period of two weeks to complete the assignments.
