Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) extends the application deadline for CET 2024 till April 10, accommodating candidates amidst ongoing class XI
The Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) or IP University has extended the online application deadline for the Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes. The application to GGSIPU CET will close on April 10. Earlier, it was March 31. The deadline for the submission of the online application has been extended in view of the ongoing class XII board examination, it said.
Candidates yet to submit the IPU CET application forms 2024 for the programmes can apply at the official website: https://ipu.ac.in/. To apply for the test, candidates will have to pay Rs 1,500 as an application fee.

As per the GGSIPU CET date announced earlier, the test will be conducted between April 27 and May 14. The counselling at IP University will start in the first week of June and will be completed by July 31 for other programmes and the new academic session will start from August 1.
The university this year will also accept scores of Common University Entrance Test (CUET). However, the admissions through the merit of CUET shall be carried out after exhausting the merit of the respective GGSIPU CET 2024.
For the UG programmes, candidates will have to mandatorily qualify class XII exams and for PG, a degree from a recognized university is a must. There are subject-wise eligibility criteria stipulated by the university.
