The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main Session 2 results are anticipated to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) within the following week on the JEE Mains official website, https://jeemain.nta.ac.in.

The final answer key for paper 1 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2024) Session 2 is anticipated to be released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Through the official website, candidates who took the test will have access to the JEE Main final answer key 2024.


The NTA has already released the JEE Main provisional answer key for paper -1 (BE and BTech) on April 12. And the window to raise the objection against the provisional answer key closed on April 14. As per media reports a team of experts have checked all the objections raised by the candidates and have finalized an answer key based on the same.

How to check the results

  • Go to the official site of NTA JEE – https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/.
  • On the home page, click on the activated link “JEE Mains 2024 Session 2 results: Click here to download the score card".
  • Enter your application number, date of birth and the security pin.
  • Click on Submit.
  • Your JEE Main 2024 Session 2 results will appear on the screen.
  • Save and download for future reference.

The NTA conducted the JEE Mains 2024 exam in two sessions – January and April. The total number of JEE Main registrations in both sessions was over 24 lakh — 12,21,624 in Session 1 and 12.57 lakh in Session 2. The best of the candidate’s scores in JEE Main will be considered while preparing the final merit list.

JEE Main 2024 Session 2 exam was conducted from April 4 to 12 in which a total of 12.57 lakh candidates registered. As per the schedule, the JEE Main results is likely to be declared on April 25. The NTA allowed candidates to challenge against the JEE Main Session 2 provisional answer key from April 12 to 14.

The NTA has released the details on the number of students that appeared for JEE Mains 2024 exam. This year, a total of 12,25,529 students appeared for Session 1 of the NTA JEE Mains 2024 exam. The JEE Main result 2024 date for Session 1 for BE/BTech was on February 12, while the JEE Mains result 2024 for paper 2 was announced on March 6.
