Final day to submit CUET UG 2026 application, with correction window opening soon.
Today marks the final opportunity for students aspiring to pursue undergraduate studies to complete their CUET UG 2026 registration. The online application window closes tonight, making this a crucial deadline for candidates aiming for admission to central, state and participating universities across India.
CUET UG has emerged as a key entrance examination that offers students a single platform to apply for multiple institutions and courses. Conducted at the national level, the test covers a wide range of subjects and academic streams, simplifying the admission process for lakhs of students each year.
Candidates who have not yet submitted their applications are advised to complete the process by 11.50 pm today. The registration procedure includes filling in personal and academic details, selecting subjects and preferred courses, uploading required documents and paying the application fee. Missing the deadline could mean waiting another year for admission through this route.
While the application window closes today, students will still have an opportunity to make limited corrections. A correction window is scheduled from February 9 to February 11, allowing applicants to modify specific details in their submitted forms. This facility offers relief to candidates who may notice errors after submission.
Additionally, applicants who complete their forms today will have time until February 7 to pay the examination fee, providing some flexibility during the final stages of registration. The examination itself is expected to be conducted in May, giving candidates several weeks to focus fully on preparation.
For students and families, the closing day brings a mix of urgency and anticipation. CUET UG represents a major step toward higher education and future career paths. As the deadline approaches, candidates are encouraged to act promptly and ensure successful submission to avoid last minute issues.
