Complete your UPSC DAF I for the Civil Services Main Exam 2024 by July 12, 6 pm. Visit the official UPSC website to fill out and submit the form.
The Union Public Service Commission will close the window for filling out DAF I for the UPSC Civil Services Main Exam 2024 on July 12, 2024. Qualified candidates must complete the Detailed Application Form I on the UPSC official website at upsc.gov.in. The link will close at 6 pm today.
“All the candidates, who have qualified for the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024 are required to log in through One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission website to fill in their Detailed Application Form I.
After login through OTR, they are required to complete the requisite details/entries in the DAF-I, upload the copies of all the relevant documents and finally submit the same latest by 6.00 pm on 12.07.2024,” read the official notice.
Candidates who fail to submit their DAF-I, complete in all respects, by 6:00 p.m. on July 12, 2024, will have their candidature cancelled and will not be allowed to appear in the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2024.
Candidates can follow these steps to fill out the DAF I for the Civil Services Main Examination 2024:
1. Visit the official UPSC website at upsc.gov.in.
2. Click on the OTR link on the home page.
3. Log in to your account on the new page that opens.
4. Complete the DAF form and click on submit.
5. Download the confirmation page and keep a hard copy for future reference.
The Civil Services Main Examination 2024 will be held on September 20, 2024. Those candidates who have qualified for the prelim examination are eligible to appear. The Civil Services (Main) Examination will consist of a Written Examination and an Interview/Personality Test.
The prelim results were announced on July 1, 2024.
