UPDATE ON SARAS 4.0: SCHOOLS ARE NO LONGER 'AFFILIATED'
The Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) School Affiliation Re-Engineered Automation System (SARAS 4.0), which provides real-time updates on school affiliations across India, no longer includes the 25 Kangpokpi and Churachandpur schools on its 'associated' list. This unexpected omission emphasizes the gravity of the administrative lapse.
The Manipur government has responded to this disclosure by threatening to take severe measures against individuals found guilty of breaking state education and CBSE rules. The government's announcement is a strong warning, anticipating future legal ramifications or claims of fraudulent behavior in the submission of affiliation requests to the central board.
