Odisha Civil Services 2023 results bring joy as 398 candidates succeed led by Priyansu Pal.
The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has declare the results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2023, bringing cheer to hundred of aspirants across the state. A total of 398 candidate have cleared the exam, including 144 womens, marking an important milestone in their journey toward administrative service. At the top of the merit list stand Priyansu Pal from Angul, who secured the first position. He is followed by Ananya Mishra in second place, the only women in the top ten, and Sovan Pattanaik in third. Their achievement highlight both individual dedication and the growing role of women in Odisha’s civil services.
The examination process, conducted in three stage Preliminary, Main (written), and Personality Test stretched from April to September. Successful candidates has cleared a rigrous process that tested their knowledge, writing skill, and personality trait needed for public administration. However, all result remain provisional until candidates’ original document are verified by the appointing authority.
The result have also draw attention from political leaders. The Chief Minister congratulated the successful candidate, expressing hope that they will brings efficiency and compassion to governance. Meanwhile, the Leader of Opposition urge the new officers to serve with honesty and transparency, keeping the welfare of public at the core of their duty.
