SBI Announces Scholarships Up to Rs 20 Lakh for Students Across India

SBI Announces Scholarships

The State Bank of India (SBI) has launched the Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship 2025-2026, offering financial assistance to students pursuing education from school to postgraduate levels, including medical, IIT, IIM, and overseas studies. The scholarship amounts range from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20 lakh, depending on the course and level of study.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • School students' family annual income should not exceed Rs 3,00,000.
  • Other students' family annual income should not exceed Rs 6,00,000.
  • A relaxation of 10% in marks scored is provided for SC/ST candidates.
  • 50% of the seats are reserved for females and SC/ST candidates.

Required Documents:

  • Marksheet
  • Identity proof
  • Financial documents such as current year fee receipt
  • Bank account details of the applicant (or parent)
  • Proof of income
  • Admission proof
  • Photograph of the document
  • Caste certificate

Application Process:

1. Visit the official website: sbiashascholarship.co.in

2. Click on "Apply Now" under the level of study you wish to apply for.

3. Register using either a mobile number or Gmail ID.

4. Fill in the application form, upload the required documents, accept the terms, and submit your application.

The last date to register for the scholarships is November 15, 2025. Students are advised to visit the official website for more details regarding the eligibility criteria.
