SSC CGL 2025 Answer Key Out

For hundreds of thousands of aspirants who appeared for the SSC CGL Tier 1 2025 exam, today is a moment of both anticipation and anxiety. The Staff Selection Commission is expected to release the provisional answer key and response sheets a critical step enabling transparency and giving candidates a chance to challenge them.

The SSC exam, conducted over a 15-day window across 255 centers in 126 cities, drew about 13.5 lakh candidates out of over 28 lakh registrations. The sheer scale alone underscores the pressure these students face: months of preparation, sleepless nights, and the constant battle with self-doubt. Now, their work leads to this defining moment.

Once the answer key is live on the SSC website (ssc.gov.in), candidates will have access to both their response sheets and the official answers. The commission typically allows a two to three-day window to raise objections, provided a nominal fee is paid per query. This process ensures fairness if any question seems wrongly marked or misinterpreted, students can flag it for review.

Here’s what candidates should do when the key is uploaded:

1. Log into the SSC portal using your roll number or registration ID.
2. Download your response sheet and the answer key.
3. Review the answers carefully, especially for questions you believe were misjudged.
4. File objections within the stipulated window, adhering to the format and paying the fee.

It’s important for examinees to act quickly once the objection window closes, the results will be finalized based on accepted corrections. After this stage, there’s no room for recourse.

Besides Tier 1, SSC has also shared tentative timelines for upcoming exams: CHSL Tier 1 is slated for the fourth week of October, followed by CPO, JEE, and MTS exams. Registrations for Delhi Police SI CPO are already live, and Constable (GD) 2026 registrations are expected to open in November.

For now, candidates must wait and then move swiftly when the moment arrives. If you appeared for the exam, keep an eye on the official SSC portal so you don’t miss any updates. This next stage could make all the difference.
