SSC Recruitment 2022: The Staff Selection Commission has opened applications for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, electrical, and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2022. Applicants apply for the above-mentioned posts till September 2. However, applicants have the chance to pay the application fee till September 3. Applicants can make changes in their application on September 4. The Computer Based Examination will be held in November 2022.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website at ssc.nic.in.

The vacancy details will be determined in due course of time on the official website of SSC.

The application fee is Rs 100. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with disabilities (PwD), and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of the fee.

Important Dates to Remember

  • Last date and time for receipt of online applications- September 2, 2022.
  • Last date and time for the generation of offline Challan- September 2, 2022.
  • Last date and time for making an online fee payment - September 3, 2022.
  • Last date for payment through Challan during working hours of Bank- September 3, 2022.
  • Date of ‘Window for Application Form Correction and online payment of Correction Charges- September 4, 2022.
  • Schedule of Computer Based Examination- November 2022.
  • Schedule of Paper-II (conventional)- To be notified later.
