UCEED, CEED 2025: Final Day to Apply with Late Fees

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has closed registrations for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam (UCEED) 2025 and Common Entrance Exam for Design 2025. The exam is scheduled for January 19, 2025, from 9 am to 12 noon.

Applicants must pay a registration fee of Rs 4,000, with female candidates and those belonging to the SC, ST, and PwD categories paying Rs 2000. Admit cards will be available for download from January 3, 2025, and the last date for rectification of discrepancies is January 9, 2025.

The results will be declared on March 7, 2025. UCEED is conducted for admissions to Bachelor of Design (BDes) programs at IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Roorkee, and IIITDM Jabalpur. CEED-qualified students are eligible for MDes and PhD programs in various institutes.

The CEED 2025 score is valid for one year from the date of declaration of the result. Eligibility is limited to students who have passed class 12 in 2024 or are appearing in 2025 in any stream (Science, Commerce, or Arts and Humanities) for the first time.

The exam is conducted in three hours in a test center and consists of computer-based and sketching-related questions.
