UGC NET June 2024 Registration Deadline Extended: Details Inside

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has once again extended the registration submission deadline for UGC NET June 2024 session. This is the second time such an extension is made for the examination. Candidates who are keen to apply can do so at the official UGC NET website.

They can visit the website at ugcnet.nta.ac.in to submit their application. The NTA has also revised the last date for submission of the UGC NET examination fee to May 20, upto 11:59 pm. Earlier, the deadline was from May 16 to May 17. Candidates can complete their fee payment transaction using a credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.

Candidates who are eligible to apply for the exam can pay the application fees. For General category candidates, the fee is Rs 1150, for General-EWS/OBC-NCL category it is Rs 600, and ST/SC/PWD will need to pay a fee of Rs 375.

Steps to Apply

Step 1: Visit the official website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Step 2: Select on the registration link on the homepage
Step 3: Fill the application form and pay application fee
Step 4: Click on submit to complete the application process
Step 5: Download the completed application form for future reference.

Candidates will be allowed to make corrections in the particulars of their online application form from May 21 to May 23. The exam city centre details will be announced once the registration process is over.
