The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Combined Medical Services (CMS) admit card. Candidates who registered to appear for the exam can now visit the official UPSC website to download the admit cards. The UPSC CMS exam will be conducted on July 14, 2024.
There are a total of 827 vacancies for Medical Officers vacancy this year.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) at upsconline.nic.in/
Step 2: Click on the link "E-Admit Card for Combined Medical Services Examination 2024"
Step 3: Fill in your registration number, date of birth, and enter the captcha code as prompted, and click on the ‘Submit’ button
Step 4: Your digital hall ticket for the UPSC CMS 2024 will appear on the screen. Download for future reference.
The candidates are required to bring any discrepancy to the notice of the Commission.
On the day of the examination, candidates are required to carry the admit card, along with an ID proof, whose number is mentioned in the admit card. They are advised to keep the admit card with them till the results are announced.
Entry to the examination venue would be closed 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the examination in each session, i.e. 09:00 AM for the forenoon session and 01:30 PM for the afternoon session. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination venue after the entry period has closed.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts the CMS examination to recruit Medical Officers for various organizations under the Government of India, including Indian Ordnance Factories, Indian Railways, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, and New Delhi Municipal Council.
The selection process for UPSC CMS 2024 involves two stages: a written examination and a personality test. The written exam is conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode, and there are a total of two papers worth 500 marks.
