AICTE Organizes Second Edition of Inventors Challenge for Semiconductor Innovation

AICTE partners with Arm(R) Education and STMicroelectronics for the second edition of The Inventors Challenge, aimed at fostering semiconductor innovation.

The second edition of The Investors Challenge was organized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) in partnership with Arm(R) Education and STMicroelectronics. According to an official statement, the challenge is an endeavor to improve the Government of India's aim to establish a talent pool in the semiconductor area.

The Inventors Challenge 2023 is a team event focused on developing the capabilities of university staff and students in semiconductor and technology innovation. The competition is accessible to all teachers and students at engineering institutes in India who are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

 

Each team should consist of one faculty member and up to four students. The ideas of each team should be focused on sustainability and G20 aims. More information can be found here. https://community.arm.com/vlsi-to-system-design.

 

"The Inventors Challenge -2022 reinforced our belief in the value of industry-academia knowledge sharing." The Inventors Challenge-2023 has been launched as a result of the initiative's positive reception and participant feedback, according to T.G. Sitharam, chairman of the AICTE.
