On December 10, the Consortium of National Law Universities announced the results of the Comman Law Admission Test  Candidates may now check their scores at the official website -— now that the results have been released.consortiumofnlus.ac.in 

This year, 97.03 percent of CLAT UG 2024 registered applicants took the test, while 93.92 percent of CLAT PG 2024 candidates did. According to CNLU, this was the highest recorded attendance in the law entrance test.

According to the NIRF rankings, the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru has been recognized as the finest law college in India since 2018, with the National Law University (NLU), Delhi placing second.

Nalsar University of Law, Hyderabad, was rated third in the 2023 rankings, followed by The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata, and Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
