Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) extends the application deadline for July 2023 admissions to online programs.

The last day to apply for admission to all ODL/online programmes (with the exception of certificate programme courses) for the class of July 2023 has once more been extended by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) till October 10.

Applications can be submitted by interested candidates at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. Previously, the application form had to be submitted by September 30. The official website stated, "Last date for submission of application (except certificate programmes): 10th October 2023." 

 

Re-registration for the IGNOU July 2023 classes started on May 8 via the Samarth portal. For the July 2023 session, students can enroll online in a variety of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degree programmes, postgraduate certificate (PG certificate), postgraduate diploma (PGD), certificate, and diploma programmes. 


 

How to apply 

 

Step 1: Visit the official website at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. 

 

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the 'Fresh Admission for all programmes offered in ODL/Online mode for the July 2023 session (except certificate programmes) has been extended till September 30, 2023'. 

 

Step 3: Click on the link for fresh registration or re-registration. 

 

Step 4: Register and fill in the required details. 

 

Step 5: Login using the username and password. 

 

Step 6: Fill out the application form and upload the documents. 

 

Step 7: Pay the application fee. 

 

Step 8: Keep the hard copy of the same for future reference.
