With regard to the sciences, social sciences, arts, humanities, and languages, as well as professional, technical, and vocational topics, NEP 2020 promotes the development of thoughtful people with one or more areas of speciality. Additionally, it attempts to enable people to achieve economic independence by assisting them in achieving personal success, preparing them for useful contributions to society.
IIM Kashipur has been coordinating its programmes to meet the NEP 2020 objectives for higher education. Access to high-quality education, according to the institute, is a major barrier to working people's hopes being realised.
According to the institute, IIM Kashipur utilises synchronous learning technologies to get material to prospective working professionals despite time and distance constraints. Over the past few years, the team has created and successfully implemented a number of capacity-building programmes in online and hybrid modes in the areas outlined in NEP 2020.
Machine learning, big data analytics, supply chain management, financial analytics, strategy and entrepreneurship, project management, and general management are a few examples of such programmes.
Additionally, IIM Kashipur has developed these programmes in a variety of forms, from 60 hours to a whole year, to meet the varied needs of working people. IIM Kashipur stated, "This provides lifelong upskilling and reskilling opportunities for all."
