Admission process

Admission to these programs is based on a three-step process.

The first round entails shortlisting applicants based on minimal educational requirements. This method also examines applications based on candidates' co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements. These supplemental abilities have a weightage of 10% and contribute to the first stage of the selection process.

The second stage, a screening exam (IITMZST), assesses candidates' aptitude in a variety of disciplines and bears 60% weightage.

Shortlisted applicants based on stages 1 and 2 are invited for an interview, which is the third stage of the process and has a weightage of 30%.

The online screening examinations will be administered in 19 worldwide sites scattered across various parts of India and the African continent, Middle East and South Asia.
