NPCIL Executive Trainee Recruitment 2025: 400 Vacancies, Apply by April 30

The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a government-run enterprise, is currently accepting applications for 400 Executive Trainee positions across multiple engineering disciplines. The application window is open on the official website npcil.nic.in and will remain active until April 30. The same date applies for fee payment.

Vacancies are distributed as follows: Mechanical (150), Chemical (60), Electrical (80), Electronics (45), Instrumentation (20), and Civil (45). Applicants must hold a BE/BTech/BSc (Engineering) or a five-year integrated MTech with at least 60% marks. A valid GATE score from 2023, 2024, or 2025 is also required.

Age limits vary: General/EWS (26 years), OBC-NCL (29), and SC/ST (31). Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹74,000 during training, along with a one-time book allowance of ₹30,000. After training, they will be appointed as Scientific Officers (Group C) with a starting salary of ₹56,100 plus benefits.

Selection is based on GATE scores and an interview, tentatively scheduled from June 9 to 21 at NPCIL facilities across India. Only male candidates from General/EWS/OBC-NCL categories must pay a ₹500 application fee. Original academic documents are required for the interview.
